Our approach
We carefully select and match a coach to coachee based on a 15-20 minute conversation with the coachee and extensive knowledge of our coaches’ styles, preferences and specialisms.
We engage exceptional associate coaches for different levels within your organisation. Coaches are selected for their commercial & business expertise, are accredited by a recognised coaching training body and have been observed during demonstration coaching sessions.

A little more about SeaChangers
SeaChangers Limited was founded by Managing Director, Carla March in 2013.
Roles in publishing, resourcing, recruitment, insurance, IT, and management consultancy created a rich tapestry of experiences for Carla to draw on in her coaching career. She trained as a coach over 15 years ago when working in local government.
More and more Carla realised how life-changing a coaching relationship could be and how finding the right coach for the right coachee was critical to achieving success. She found her unique skill in coach match-making through her background in executive search, combined with her insight and knowledge of coaching. She now advises on best practice in the engagement of external coaches and coaching services.
