0 to 90 Days Impact

Our 0-2-90 days coaching programme is for new hires or anyone promoted/transitioning into a new role, to make the most of their first 90 days in the job. It’s their golden opportunity to develop their brand, make a positive impact and get off to a flying start.

How it works

The 0 to 90 days programme is based on 5 key elements for success, using a personalised approach to creating a 90 day plan. Similar to our 5 Talent Essentials, the elements are:-

  • Engagement - what work do I enjoy and how does it add value to my new role? What behaviours do I need to work on? How accountable am I for my own development?

  • Experience - what specific experiences will support my development in the new role? What do I need to learn about the business and how? Who can form my learning counsel?

  • Education - how can I best use my strengths? How do I fill any gaps in my knowledge? What new skills will I need in this role? What coaching or courses will help?

  • Execution - what is my strategic focus and where is my time best spent? Where are the quick wins? What must I give up so I can pay attention to what’s important in the new role? Who needs to contribute towards my business plan?

  • Exposure - who do I need to influence and network with to achieve my goals? How do I get exposure to them? What’s my story and my personal brand?

The programme kicks off and ends with a 3 way conversation with the coachee’s line manager, to set business context and goals and, at the end, to measure and celebrate success. We may also recommend a 360 review at the end of the programme to set future priorities.
